Build Back Better

A salute to President Trump? Or an insult to Melania Trump…

Build Back Better would not be necessary if they hadn’t closed it down in the first place.

When grammatically fixed, the slogan reads, “Build It Back Even Better.”

Build it back would suggest that “It” was somehow dismantled, disabled, or destroyed, and needs to be built back up. “It” refers to Trump’s economy — not Obama’s — and the phrase proves that “It” was, indeed, the best ever. By adding the word “Better”, the slogan allows them to feel good about having destroyed “It” in the first place.

The entire interpretation, when spelled out then is;
“Build Back the Incredible Trump Economy so that It is Even Better than It was Before We Destroyed It.”

Of course, in order for that to happen, they need to persuade the other half of the population that it was done for their own good. How will they convince a hundred million people that having the best economy in the world ever was not a good thing? What solution will they take credit for as they attempt to replicate It?

Whether you received a paycheck for the last year or not, if your business did not close permanently, it will probably need to be “Built Back Better”. As business owners, or business managers, or business crewmembers, whether elephant or donkey or elefino, you will need to do the building.

Do not wait for or expect the government to do it for you! Be suspicious of any programs or free money that they offer. Never forget the sarcastic words of Ronald Reagan, “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.” Don’t believe it. Don’t fall for it. Don’t wait for it!

Once you have It built back, don’t be surprised when the taxman shows up, because, you know, someone has to pay for all that virus damage and that someone is you.
